Instructions for using the Douche Bulb
1- Fill the bulb with lukewarm water or the douching solution prescribed by your doctor. Screw on the nozzle.
2- Position yourself in the shower, standing with legs apart, or sitting on the toilet.
3- In one of these positions, insert the probe into the vagina and squeeze the bulb slowly with steady pressure. The water enters the vaginal cavity and will dislodge material (white mucus, menstrual blood) from the walls.
4- Once the bulb is empty, remove the nozzle from the vagina without releasing the pressure of your hand on the reservoir (to avoid drawing soiled liquid back inside). Allow the liquid to flow freely into the toilet.
Vaginal irrigation should not be practiced excessively, at the risk of unbalancing the vaginal microbial flora. If in doubt, ask your doctor for advice.
Maintenance advice: After each use, separate the components (nozzle and reservoir) and wash them with soapy water or an antiseptic solution. Rinse and let dry. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
