Our official websites

Update of July 31, 2026

Our address, the only one

We sell from a single site:

• boutique-bidet-portable.com — our store, and the only one.

You can also find us on Facebook and Instagram, under the name Boutique Bidet Portable.

Any other address containing "boutique bidet portable", especially in .shop, has no link to us — even if it displays our name, our logo, and our photos.

The simple rule: look at the address

Before paying, take a look at your browser's address bar. If it is not exactly boutique-bidet-portable.com, you are not with us. Our address is also secured via "https".

A French company, identifiable

A serious French merchant introduces themselves. With us, you will find the company name, its registration number, the postal address, and real ways to reach us:

BBP DIGITAL, 21A Route de Mercy, 74540 Saint-Félix, France — SIRET 992 358 622 00015. Write to us at contact@boutique-bidet-portable.com, via the online chat, or through the contact form: a real person will answer you.

The sites that copy us do not display any of this information. The "support" address they list does not even exist: messages sent there bounce back as errors.

Think you ordered elsewhere?

Write to us and we will help you clarify things. It happens that customers of these sites leave us a negative review believing they are addressing us: this is quite understandable, and we do our best to guide them. The best reflex remains checking the site address before ordering, and before posting a review.

What we are doing on our end

These sites have been reported to their registrar, their host, and browser security services, with supporting evidence. We are doing what is necessary to have them shut down.

Thank you for your trust.
