Kit contents
- 1 stainless steel bucket with handle
- 3 anal nozzles of different sizes
- 1 vaginal nozzle
- 1 hose with shut-off valve and non-return valve
Instructions for using the Enema Bucket
1- Connect the hose to the bucket and screw the nozzle onto the hose, making sure the valve is in the closed position.
2- Fill the bucket with warm water (about 37°C or body temperature) and hang it high up (the higher it is, the stronger the pressure).
3- Open the valve and let the water flow to clear any air inside the hose, then close the valve.
4- Lubricate the nozzle with vegetable oil, petroleum jelly, or a lubricating gel.
5- Lie down in your bathtub on your side or back and pull your knees towards your chest. If you do not have a bathtub, lay a towel on the floor.
6- Insert the lubricated probe into the anus and open the valve. Water will enter the rectum and soften and detach fecal matter from the intestinal walls.
7- Let the water flow into the colon as much as you can tolerate, then close the valve. You can stay lying down while breathing calmly, or perform light massages on your lower abdomen.
8- When the urge to evacuate is felt, stand up slowly and go to the toilet without delay.
Maintenance advice: After each use, separate the parts (nozzle and reservoir) and wash them with soapy water or an antiseptic solution. Rinse and let dry. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
