What is a Derivative Bath?
The derivative bath is an ancestral natural medicine practice found in many civilizations, notably in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It was revisited in Europe by the German naturopath Louis Khune, then popularized by the hygienist Raymond Dextreit in his Harmonist Method.
Like the sitz bath, the derivative bath consists of cooling the perineal area (the area between the genitals and the anus).
In practice, a sitz bath requires sitting for 5 to 20 minutes in a basin of cold water. Whereas, thanks to the cold Gel Pack, you can go about your business while enjoying the benefits of the derivative bath!

Using the Gel Pack for Derivative Baths
1- Place the pack in the freezer, inside a box or a freezer bag to isolate it from food.
2- Insert the pack into your underwear, inside its protective cover.
The cover isolates the skin from direct contact with the cold, avoiding any risk of frostbite. Soft fleece fabric, pleasant to the touch.
3- Wear the pack for as long as you like and replace it when the cold sensation disappears.
4- Wash with soap, rinse, and dry the pack before putting it back in the freezer.
